Business Terms

These terms apply if you register a business on Tetbury Hype ("the Service"). They are in addition to our general Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility

To list a business you must be authorised to act for that business, the business must be genuinely operating in or serving Tetbury, and you must keep your listing details accurate and up to date. We review every business request and may decline or remove listings at our discretion.

2. Your content

You are solely responsible for everything you post — including updates, prices, offers, opening times, images and logos. You confirm that:

• you own the content or have permission to use it;
• it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading;
• it complies with advertising standards, consumer protection law, and any sector-specific rules (e.g. alcohol, food, financial promotions);
• any prices, offers and availability are honoured as posted.

3. Your responsibility to customers

You — not Tetbury Hype — are the seller and provider of any goods, services, offers or events promoted through your listing. You are responsible for fulfilling them, handling customer queries, refunds, complaints and disputes, and for complying with consumer rights legislation. We are not a party to any contract between you and a customer.

4. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you post, from goods or services you provide, or from your breach of these terms.

5. Moderation

We may edit, hide, archive or remove any update or listing at any time without notice if we believe it breaches these terms, is misleading, is the subject of a complaint, or is not in keeping with the Service.

6. Fees

Listings are currently free. If we introduce paid features in future, we will tell you before any charge applies.

7. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove your listing if you breach these terms, if customers raise serious or repeated complaints, or if your business is no longer operating in Tetbury.

8. Liability

Subject to the limitations in our general Terms of Use, we are not liable to you for any lost sales, lost goodwill, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the Service or from any outage, change or moderation decision.

9. Law and jurisdiction

These business terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
